Hand to mouth

Farm to table is the buzz phrase for the local produce push initiated by Alice Waters of  Chez Panisse a generation ago.  Appropriately we have been picking and plucking figs and grapes from our yard in Baudinard since we arrived.  Have you noticed how the fruit and veggies you grow yourself seem so much better than the Styrofoam you get your local super marche?

These table grapes are Black Muscat.  Swee eet!

Love the set up and light of the fig and grape image. Food photography at its best!
